How to Delete Your Scash Account :

If you wish to delete your Scash account, please follow these steps :

Login to the Scash App:

• Open the Scash app on your device.

• Enter your login credentials to access your account. 

Navigate to Account Settings:

• Tap on the menu icon or profile icon, usually found at the top-right corner of the app.

• Select Settings from the dropdown or menu options.

Request Account Deletion:

• In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on the Account Delete Option.Confirm your request to delete your account.

Withdrawal of Wallet Balance:

• Before proceeding with the deletion, ensure that all funds in your wallet are withdrawn. Accounts with a remaining balance cannot be deleted until the balance is zero.

Processing Time:

• After submitting your deletion request, our support team will process it within 14 days (2 weeks).

You will receive a confirmation once your registered email , once the account has been permanently deleted.
